Consular Fees

Important! Please schedule an appointment before coming to the embassy.

Even though many of our services are provided free of charge, in a number of instances a fee has to be charged. Please find below the list of fees charged for the most frequently requested services. Payment must be made in US$ by money order (payable to Embassy of Austria) or cash (exact change, please).

Visa & Residence

  • Schengen Visa C: 70.00
  • Schengen Visa C for children (6 to12 years): 41.00
  • Schengen Visa C for children (0 to 6 years): free of charge
  • Schengen Visa C for citizen of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Moldova and Georgia: 41.00
  • Austrian National Visa D (study, employment, intern etc.): 174.00
  • Austrian National Visa D for children under 6 years: 87.00
  • Residence Permit: 140.00
  • Fingerprints for Residence Permit: 24.00
  • Residence Permit for Minors (under 18 years):  87.00

Passports & ID Cards

  • Passport: 89.00
  • Passport for children (under 12 years): 35.00
  • One-Day Express Passport: 256.00
  • One-Day Express Passport for children (under 12 years): 192.00
  • Personal ID: 72.00
  • Personal ID for minors (under 16 years): 32.00
