In order to facilitate an application for an Austrian passport and to save you a possible trip to a distant Austrian representative office, consul Juergen Zeiner from the Consulate General, New York will be in Chicago to process your application for a passport, if the application is submitted with the proper identification papers and the required fingerprints. Authentication of signature, application for certification of citizenship and name changes will also be accepted. Consul Zeiner will gladly advise you on consular topics, especially Austrian citizenship questions.

Thanks to the excellent cooperation with the Franciscan University Steubenville, there will be the possibility to submit applications for Austrian passports, national Visa D, visa C “Erwerb/employment” and residence titles on December 2, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at
