Foreign Ministry: Agreement by the Council of Ministers with regard to the appointment of Austrian heads of mission
Vienna, 14 February 2012 - At the request of Austrian Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Dr. Michael Spindelegger, the Council of Ministers agreed the following nominations of Austrian heads of diplomatic missions today.
The following members of the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs have been appointed:
Dr. Thomas HAJNOCZI, Permanent Mission of Austria to the United Nations
and other International Organisations in Geneva,
Dr. Bernhard ZIMBURG, Austrian Embassy in Tokyo,
Dr. Johannes EIGNER, Austrian Embassy in Belgrade,
Dr. Werner DRUML, Austrian Embassy in The Hague,
Dr. Elisabeth KEHRER, Austrian Embassy in Helsinki,
Dr. Clemens KOJA, Austrian Embassy in Ljubljana,
Mag. Arno RIEDEL, Austrian Embassy in Ottawa,
Mag. Brigitte ÖPPINGER-WALCHSHOFER, Austrian Embassy in Pretoria,

The appointments are contingent upon the Agrément by the receiving state followed by the issuing of the letter of credence by the Federal President of the Republic of Austria.
